Coach Woo is a 20+ year veteran of the United States Marines, he enjoys helping and teaching people who are new to the world of Jiu Jitsu. He has been training for almost 14 years and has been the General Manager at SBG Buford since 2018. His meticulous attention to detail and unparalleled dedication to his work, along with his witty sarcasm, make him a great coach and mentor.
Hobbies
I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter (both of whom also train at SBG), Firing off a few rounds at the gun range, and finding new spots to eat. I love food!
