We drive over an hour & it's worth every mile!
My daughter and I have been at this gym for almost a year. We drive over an hour to get there and it's worth every mile. The coaches and staff are amazingly friendly and supportive. If I could drag this gym closer to home we would be there more than three times a week!

Yesterday was the first time I attended a class at SBG – it was the Fitness Kickboxing class with coach Jim. I am so glad I signed up for this class. You're constantly moving and Jim makes sure you're doing everything correctly for best results and no injuries! So happy I did this for myself!

Amazing People!
I absolutely love this place!! My son started training here when he was twelve and his confidence has gone through the roof! The coaches are so good with all of the kids and my son has made great friends as well. They are amazing people!!

Awesome gym. The people and the coaches are all amazing and great to train with. I've never been athletic and I've always been out of shape, but I have never felt like I didn't belong in the Muay Thai classes with everyone else.

Awesome gym! Coaches Jim and Pat have helped me escape a desk job and start to train Muay Thai. Even as a complete beginner with no martial arts experience they were patient helped me get up to speed quick. Great gym with great people!
