    • Do I have to be a member at SBG Atlanta or have to have a certain type of membership to get personal programming?

      No, the best part about our Virtual Personal Programming is that anyone, anywhere can inquire and work with Amanda. You do not have to be physically training at one of our SBG Atlanta locations. Once you go through your initial consultation and select the appropriate monthly programming that works best for you, you will be billed on a month-to-month basis. Any cancellations simply require a 30 days notice.

    • How will my workouts be structured?

      You will first complete a questionnaire for Amanda to review and then your Initial Consultation will be scheduled – which will be a virtual call to determine your overall goals, programming focus, time restrictions, limitations, available equipment, and more. You can choose from 2, 3 or 5 days per week programming options based on your schedule and personal goals. Amanda will then design a personalized monthly program for you based on everything you have discussed with her.

    • How are the workouts distributed and completed?

      After the initial consultation, your workout is distributed via email. Amanda will include video instructions on each specific movement to complete the workouts, which are done on your schedule & terms. The workouts will be tailored to your equipment availability and where you are able to complete your workout (SBG, commercial gym, home gym). You will receive 4 weeks of programming at a time, and Amanda will have a call with you to evaluate your progress after every 4 week cycle. Of course, Amanda is also available for any questions that arise during your programming as well!
