    Where other “cookie cutter” group training classes fall short by offering generic workouts that follow the same old boring routine (or worse, are made up on the spot), SBG’s Group Fitness Performance classes are all expertly programmed weeks in advance and constantly change to ensure that our athletes continue to see amazing results over time.

    One of the unique things about SBG’s Fitness Performance program is that it also includes full access to our Fitness Kickboxing program. Fitness Performance athletes are welcome and encouraged to add Kickboxing to their training regimen to keep things fun and exciting. So you’re really getting two dynamic programs in one.

    Out of shape? No experience? It’s all good! No matter what your level of fitness may or may not be, every workout in our Fitness Performance program can be scaled to best suit your individual skill-set. Not only that, but your coaches will know your name, know your abilities, and will set you up for success.

    Our Group Fitness classes are the next best thing to having a personal trainer. If you’re serious about getting real results, SBG Atlanta’s group fitness classes are a must try.

    • Do I have to have any experience to participate in Fitness Performance classes?

      You do not. All of the workouts in our fitness classes can be scaled, meaning that you can choose weights and difficulty levels that are best suited for you. While everyone in class will do the same workout, you can alter the workout to fit your personal level of skill and fitness. This allows people with no past exercise-experience to enter our Fitness program and flourish right from the rip.

    • Will I have access to work with a coach?

      Most definitely. All of our Performance classes are led by a certified and experienced fitness coach. They are here to show you proper technique, keep you accountable, and help you build the best possible program for your personal goals.

      If you’d like to take it one step further and get personal coaching, whether that is in martial arts or sports performance, we have a variety of options for you as well that best suits your needs – from Private Lessons or Small Group Lessons, to Online Personal Programming – we have you covered!

    • Can I take both Fitness Performance and Fitness Kickboxing classes?

      You bet. Your Fitness membership will include access to both Fitness Kickboxing and Performance classes.

    • How many times per week can I attend Fitness Performance classes?

      As many as you want. Your access to Fitness Kickboxing and Fitness Performance classes is unlimited.

    • What is the minimum age that can attend Fitness Performance classes?

      All athletes need to be in high school (14 years old) to participate in in our Group Fitness Classes.
