Coach Pat started training and competing in the 90’s with Kickboxing, Muay Thai & MMA. He has been an ‘OG’ with SBG since 2015, and has helped build the MMA team from the ground-up. Coach Pat has cornered/coached over 100 fights and has been instrumental in helping to bring home 6+ championship belts to SBG Atlanta. He is always encouraged by tracking every students’ progress & loves to see the skills being passed on to younger athletes – Everyone loves having Coach Pat in their corner (literally and figuratively)!
Hobbies
Spending time with my wife and son. I also collect and appreciate print art.

Fun Fact About Me
I was married 3 times in one year (same bride), I have been in a music video fight scene (The Black Lips – Boys in the Wood), and I have been alligator hunting several times and still have all of my toes!
