One of the unique things about SBG’s Fitness Performance program is that it also includes full access to our Fitness Kickboxing program. Fitness Performance athletes are welcome and encouraged to add Kickboxing to their training regimen to keep things fun and exciting. So you're really getting two dynamic programs in one.
Out of shape? No experience? It's all good! No matter what your level of fitness may or may not be, every workout in our Fitness Performance program can be scaled to best suit your individual skill-set. Not only that, but your coaches will know your name, know your abilities, and will set you up for success.

James has played sports his entire life but ended up falling in love with wrestling and lifting weights in high school. He started wrestling at the end of his freshman year, which is when he was first introduced to strength training.
James became obsessed with learning about the human body and how to improve athletic performance which led him to getting his CrossFit level 1 certification. In addition to teaching our early morning Fitness Performance classes, Coach James spends several hours a week working with our Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, and MMA athletes, helping to make them stronger, more explosive, better-conditioned athletes.
SBG's Fitness Kickboxing athletes are encouraged to use MyZone, an innovative and wearable fitness tracker that not only stores your workouts, but lets you know when you are in the ideal zone for fat-burning, and lean muscle building.
Kickboxing athletes are able to see what fitness zone they are in, at any point during the workout, simply by looking at the big screen tv hanging high above our Fitness Kickboxing area. Not only will it show you your zone, but what zone everyone else around you is in. Talk about accountability and motivation!
