  • SBG Buford Has 2 MMA Fights On May 11, 2019

On Saturday, May 11th, SBG Buford will feature two of our mixed martial arts athletes in action.

The Harley Davidson dealership in Conyers, GA, will play host to an afternoon of amateur MMA action, as fighters from all over the southeast compete inside the 6-sided cage. SBG Buford will have two mixed martial arts athletes at the event.

Tyler Trump will be competing at 155 pounds in his third amateur MMA contest. Tyler has also competed in kickboxing and jiu jitsu on behalf of Straight Blast Gym Buford. Tyler is only 22 years old, and this will be his 4th sanctioned fight within the last year.

CT Greene will be competing at 185 pounds and is entering the cage for his 2nd MMA fight under the SBG Buford. CT came to Straight Blast Gym Buford from Philadelphia, where he first began his mixed martial arts training.

Both fighters have been putting in countless hours at Straight Blast Gym Buford, training in wrestling, muay thai, kickboxing, Brazilan jiu jitsu, and mixed martial arts. In addition to their martial arts training, both men have been doing strength and conditioning work to get in optimal shape for their MMA fights.

Tickets for this event can be purchased at Straight Blast Gym Buford, or by going to NFCfighting.com

The event will not only feature mixed martial arts fights, but a bikini contest, music, food, and chances to win awesome prizes.

Because of the early start time, SBG Buford will run this Saturday’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class from 11am – 12pm, so that we can shut down the gym at 12pm and head to the MMA fights.
