    Getting to Know Michael

    Michael joined SBG in July 2020. Swiftly became a part of our Tribe. Engaged in both Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai, Michaels dedication to his training and his optimistic outlook have had an influence on all of us.

    Building Community and Spreading Positivity

    Robert, our First Impression Team Specialist Department Head, praises Michael for his mindset and eagerness to assist others; “Michael shows up with a legit positive attitude. Always ready to help another tribe member. He stays after class to take notes and study. He’s trying to change his life for the better and always working hard.”

    Drew, FITS member as well as a coach mentions; “He’s always willing to take a new up and coming member under his wing and show them the ropes or help them with training”

    is one of the longest tenured coaches at SBG Atlanta. He has been training / coaching / competing in Jiu Jitsu, MMA, and other programs since 2011 and holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
