SBG Spring Camp is upon us!!
SBG Camp is an unbelievable opportunity to learn from some of the best Jiu Jitsu , Muay Thai, MMA, and Judo coaches in the world. In addition to being surrounded by SBG head coaches, you’ll get to meet and train with other SBG athletes from all over North America.
A typical SBG camp experience looks something like this:
Friday night there is an open mat, where you get to meet and train with the other athletes and coaches. Following the open mat, we’ll break into 4 separate groups that you’ll rotate through, spending 10-15 minuteson each, with a different SBG coach/athlete at each.
Saturday starts with an
Saturday night SBG Athens will host a dinner and meet & greet at a local brewery. This is a time to kick back, enjoy some drinks, and mingle with all of the other coaches and athletes. I’ve personally developed relationships with a lot of people from different SBG’s after meeting them at this event.
