Body Fat Measurement Truck Is Coming To SBG Buford

On the evening of Monday, July 30th, SBG Buford will provide our local residents with an amazing chance to measure their body composition.

Between 4:30pm and 7:00pm, the Mobile Hydrostatic Body Fat Testing Clinic will be bringing their truck to Straight Blast Gym Buford to do body fat and body composition testing for SBG athletes, and our neighbors in Buford.

The process is quick and easy, and takes no more than 10 minutes from start to finish. At the conclusion of the test, you will be provided with a very in-depth and detailed printout that gives you the following information:

• Your body fat and muscle composition
• Your body analysis, comparative to your height and age
• A helpful guide that shows you how to reach certain goal points in x amount of time

Underwater body fat testing is widely accepted as the most accurate and dependable source for getting your measurements.  We are planning on having the truck come back out to SBG Buford, later this year, so that our athletes can be measured again to see what kind of progress they have made.

You will want to be sure to wear your bathing suit and bring a towel. Your $25 payment will be received by the tester upon your arrival. There is a $3 service charge if you are paying by credit card.
