Belkis began doing Cardio Kickboxing at Straight Blast Gym Buford because she wanted to get in better shape, but knew that going to a big-box gym wasn’t an option for her.

The combination of (approximately) 3 hours of Kickboxing during the week, combined with a reduced daily wine intake has helped for Belkis to see amazing results, dropping 15 pounds in 4 months! Not only has Kickboxing helped Belkis to lose weight, but she is now seeing muscular definition in her shoulders and triceps. SBG Kickboxing Coach Jim Sheppard talks about her efforts:
“It’s no surprise that Belkis is seeing results…that lady in consistent! I can count on her being in the 5pm Kickboxing class at least 3 days per week, sometimes 4. It’s even cooler now that James (her husband) is in class too.”
