  • Ariyana Garcia: SBG Atlanta Buford’s Kids Student of the Month—October 2024

We are thrilled to announce Ariyana Garcia as SBG’s Kids Student of the Month for September! Ariyana, now 14 years old, has shown incredible progress since joining our Kids Jiu Jitsu Program in January 2023.

    Leadership and Growth

Ariyana initially started as a quiet student but has blossomed into a role model for her peers. Coach Drew has noticed how she’s taken on leadership responsibilities, making new students, particularly girls, feel welcomed. Coach Montana also highlights how she’s become the go-to partner for new teammates, showing her dedication and positive energy.

    Balancing Life and Jiu Jitsu

Balancing school, volleyball, and Jiu Jitsu, Ariyana has shown the value of perseverance and time management. Despite a packed schedule, she remains fully committed to her Jiu Jitsu training, embodying the values of respect, confidence, and teamwork we emphasize at SBG.
