Liz Horn is July's Fitness Member of the Month
Liz Horn has made some fantastic physical transformations since coming to Straight Blast Gym in 2017.
“I originally came to SBG for the Muay Thai program. I did Tae Kwon Do as a kid so I thought it would be able to pick up where I left off in a way. Someone in the Muay Thai class told me about how much they loved Performance, and I’ll try most things once so I went to the free class y’all offered. And I just loved it.”
Liz began to see tremendous transformations. Starting off at 200 pounds, she worked her way down to 165...a 35 pound loss! Mixing in strength training with differing levels of cardiovascular intensity in the Fitness Performance classes, Liz found a winning formula. In addition to taking classes, she recently did a one-on-one session with SBG Buford’s Head Fitness Coach, James Morton, to really help her to get the absolute most out of her training efforts.
“I love the coaches and the people in the class. I love how it challenges me without making me feel like I was behind the rest of the class.”
