Awesome gym. The people and the coaches are all amazing and great to train with. I've never been athletic and I've always been out of shape, but I have never felt like I didn't belong in the Muay Thai classes with everyone else.

"We drive over an hour & it's worth every mile!"
My daughter and I have been at this gym for almost a year. We drive over an hour to get there and it's worth every mile. The coaches and staff are amazingly friendly and supportive. If I could drag this gym closer to home we would be there more than three times a week!

Yesterday was the first time I attended a class at SBG – it was the Fitness Kickboxing class with coach Jim. I am so glad I signed up for this class. You're constantly moving and Jim makes sure you're doing everything correctly for best results and no injuries! So happy I did this for myself!

I adore the Spider Monkey BJJ class! My daughter is making new friends & learning how to be a well rounded person. I've seen a big improvement in her abilities & personality. My favorite classes cover stranger danger & how to carry yourself. This is one of the best choices I've made for my daughter!

Awesome gym! Coaches Jim and Pat have helped me escape a desk job and start to train Muay Thai. Even as a complete beginner with no martial arts experience they were patient helped me get up to speed quick. Great gym with great people!

"Healthier now than I've ever been!"
My son attends Kids Jiu Jitsu and I attend Fitness Performance. The coaches are phenomenal! I've never considered myself an athletic person, bu I'm healthier now in my 30s than I ever was in my 20s. I've also watched my son's talent & confidence skyrocket. SBG is our tribe!

I can't say enough about the environment SBG Atlanta has to offer. I came here injured, the coaches worked with my limitations, improved my form, as a result I hit new PRs, dropped 8 pounds, and remain injury free. You truly won't find more committed coaches anywhere else!
