For classes that are “No-Gi” classes, you’ll want to wear a rash guard (very tight shirt) and a pair of board shorts or long pants (also known as ‘spats’) that do not have pockets. Don’t worry if you don’t have gear on hand, you can always purchase from our on-site stores; or you are always welcome to wear your own brands. All Gi and No Gi classes will be clearly marked so that you’ll know what attire to wear to class.
