SBG Buford’s Fitness Performance program is a coach-led circuit training program that involves more weight training, plyometrics, and hypertrophy (muscle building) than our Cardio Kickboxing classes. The vast majority of the athletes in our Fitness program train in both our Kickboxing and Performance classes, finding a balance that suits them best. Fitness Performance classes are a part of your Fitness membership and don’t cost anything extra.
