After the initial consultation, your workout is distributed via email. Amanda will include video instructions on each specific movement to complete the workouts, which are done on your schedule & terms. The workouts will be tailored to your equipment availability and where you are able to complete your workout (SBG, commercial gym, home gym). You will receive 4 weeks of programming at a time, and Amanda will have a call with you to evaluate your progress after every 4 week cycle. Of course, Amanda is also available for any questions that arise during your programming as well!
