Straight Blast Gym Membership Cancellation Request
If you’ve reached this page, you are considering cancelling your membership at Straight Blast Gym. We’d like to remind you that you have an option to suspend your membership payments if you are looking at a temporary hiatus from training with us. If you still wish to cancel your membership at SBG, here are the steps you will need to take:
Fill out and submit our Cancellation Request Form, which will then be sent to SBG management for review and processing. Management will process your request form within 3 business days and you will receive email confirmation when your membership has been terminated.
If you are on a month-to-month membership agreement, completion and submission of the Cancellation Request Form will begin your 30-day notice to terminate your membership agreement.
If you are on a monthly membership (6 or 12 month term), termination of your membership agreement will be processed with a $349 buyout and your membership payments will cease immediately.
